1. Do you sing, play an instrument or instruments? I sing, play basic guitar chords, and can keep a beat with a shaker/tamborine 2. Are you in a band or bands? Yes, currently working with Steve Knight (former band Flipsyde) and producer PR as a group called 'Aon' 3. Do you write songs? Yes, I love writing! Do you write lyrics, music or both? Lyrics mostly, like to create GarageBand instrumental tracks Do you have a writing partner? Two main people I write with -one irie, spiritual, one more story-telling, experiential 4. Do you record your music? 75 % At home on my iPad and Apogee MIC, 25% in different studios 5. What other roles do you perform in the music business? None at the moment 6. Are you a tech head? Pretty tech savvy but not proficient in any production software other than GarageBand 7. What country do you live in? San Francisco, California, United States 8. What are your ambitions? To share great music with the world myself. Eventually I'd like to transition to creating great pieces for other artists to perform...But at this phase in my life, I want my time to share my heart on stage with people!! 9. Do you draw/paint/write stories/computer art/dance or other creative pursuit? I inhale spiritually awakening teachings like air, and love to share what I've learned when possible. I love to free-form dance. Writing poems and putting words to life observations makes me feel alive. What are your pastimes? I get off on acting out different characters, practicing accents and different ways of being. Being physically active and engaging my 'animal mode' in the gym or outside is paramount to maintaining my peace of mind. Lover of concerts and festivals (pretty obvious?) Also, I am a signed commercial/print model for an agency in San Francisco, so exploring new places and getting to learn from the creatives behind the scenes is fun. 10. What would you like to get out of Songstuff? I'd like to learn about the different avenues people are taking creatively/strategically with their music. I realize marketing is KEY, so I'd like to gain some insight on effective ways to market my music so it can touch more people. And of course if you're badass then I'm looking to collaborate with ya...
