  1. New Hip-hop track looking for feedback

Wow, what a review! Thank you for so much for the detailed critique and very sound advice. I'm fairly new to singing as well as producing/mixing so this info is very valuable to me. I kinda knew the chorus needed some help I just wasn't sure exactly what especially after listening to it for so long it kinda became what it was. But having some fresh ears on it has definitely given me a new perspective. Thank you again for taking the time out to listen and give such a good critique I'll take it back in and work out some of those kinks.
  2. The new guy

Hey I just want to introduce myself. My name is Will I'm from Denver Colorado and I make music. I have been making music for a while now and I did vocals for a indie rock hip hop band and a synth pop group for awhile. Both projects kinda dissolved for various reasons so I built a home studio and started creating music on my own. I started out primarily rapping but I've moved into singing and now producing as well. I try and push genre boundaries and create conscious music that you can dance to. I look forward to talking to and sharing ideas with like minded people. Thanks for having me.
  3. Cell Phone Junkies!

I can see this song in a weird indie movie or Wes Anderson movie. The song kinda feels jumbled at times and a little all over the place. Not sure if that's what you were going for since it seems like a hustle and bustle of visiting a bunch of places on vacation. I think maybe if you just clean it up a bit maybe take some stuff out and smooth out the transitions a bit more the song would really be able to breath. I like the idea of the song and I think its a cool concept. Keep it up!
  4. Lyin' (Studio Version)

The song has a cool wavy feel to it. I think the chorus might need a little work as far as your pitch. Your rapping has a good bounce to it I would just try to put a little more emotion and confidence into the verses so it doesn't sound like your reading it. Overall the track isn't too bad keep pushing and always work to improve you are on to something.
  5. New Hip-hop track looking for feedback

Definitely I was scrolling through some music right now and I will drop a line in the introduction. Good looking out!
  6. I finally finished writing and producing my first solo track. This song is about the societal pressures that both men and women face when it comes to love. Men pressured to get with as many women as possible and women avoiding promiscuity for the fear of being slut shamed and the dichotomy of both of those working against each other. Let me know what you think good, bad, or indifferent.
