  2. Very happy to be here! Thank you, Songstuff.com ))) I am a physically disabled artist, living in projects. I spend my, last pennies to make music... Some of the tracks are produced and mastered, without using hands. As far as anyone knows, I'm the only person to do this. I am on a lookout for a person to help me promote my music. Since I am homebound, it is extremely difficult for me to get to a potential listener.
  3. hello, I would like some tips and feedback on my cover of Love Yourself by Justin bieber. Thank you very much. Tips and feedback are much appreciated Here is the link :
  4. A beautiful blue-eyed California baby of the late 80’s, Kailee Spark started taking piano lessons at 8 years old and became forever intrigued with the idea of expressing herself through songwriting. She showcases her passion for the art in her most recent single. “Passageways”, produced by Bub Pratt, is the first single from Spark’s debut album’ Savor This’! Not only is this track perfect for any jam sesh – but also has lyrics that are super relatable to anyone that’s been in love. While Kailee Spark sings about the beautiful optimism associated with falling in love, her track also touches on the dark side of these strong emotions. This track can be heard on Spotify here! Indie and Pop Fans are ecstatic to be discovering the up and coming musician, Kailee Spark. Spark’s first single and music video, ‘Passageways’, was released on April 19 of this year and perfectly captures the road-trip indie vibes we all love, along with the pop sounds that we can’t get enough of. The Indie hit has a video to accompany it with incredible visuals, available on her YouTube channel here. The music video goes back and forth between a dream state and reality, staying with the single’s theme of the dark curiosity and escape from reality that is associated with falling hard in love. Fans are raving about this new release and can’t wait for Spark to continue releasing her beautifully written music! What’s next for Kailee Spark you may ask, well pop fans have a lot to look forward to! Kailee has announced that her upcoming single “Savor This” will be on Spotify on July 20th. This is the next single off her album “Savor This” which releases to much excitement on July 30th. To stay up to date with Kailee Spark, check her out on her website Spotify, Facebook, Twitter, and Twitch by clicking on her link tree! https://allmylinks.com/kaileesparkmusic

  6. Fans of the alternative rock band The Knife have already been praising and streaming “Unraveling” by the legendary dark synth duo PIERA—which is available for streaming on all platforms including Spotify. Stream the song “Unraveling” on Spotify. PIERA is made up of both the musically inclined Piera Klein and Micah Plissner—both whom created PIERA and have been creating in downtown Los Angeles. Micah is a talented multi-instrumentalist from New York who also excels in production. Piera is not only a singer, but a songwriter, composer, and an individual with valuable experiences acquired from traveling and seeing the globe. A Southern California native, she has always been fascinated by other worlds and sought to create her own. Since childhood she has been creating her own music, poetry and art, and eventually found her raison d’être in bringing them together. Their sound? Electronic. Underground. Beat-driven. Synth pop. Psychedelic undertones. Haunting vocals. They have it all. Their sound is similar to those of Klaus Schulze, The Swans, Broadcast, Suicide, Neu, Jon Maus, The Knife, Depeche Mode, and many many more. PIERA describes themselves as “we are conduits of energy, light and sound, visions, emotions, realities and dreams. we create what we believe can and should be when we enter the power of agreement with another. it is here we enter the gateway – the portal – to the realm of possibilities.” They also have 2 other singles following “Unraveling”: titled “Cosmic Reaction” and “As Good As You”! Make sure to follow them on Instagram too at https://www.instagram.com/PIERA.MUSIC/. Check out all things PIERA on the website at www.PIERAmusic.net Stay up to date on all of PIERA’s new releases here!
  7. PIERA, electronic pop duo, have released their new single “Unraveling,” on Spotify. Very much inspired by synth-electronic 70’s band Kraftwerk, this song is sure to get you dancing. PIERA is made up of Los Angeles residents, Piera Klein and Micah Plissner. The duo encourages their listeners to make art, enjoy nature, and arouse their consciousness as they listen to “Unraveling.” The pair has quite the diverse background; Micah, originally from New York City, is a multi-instrumentalist and producer and Piera, born and raised in California, is a singer, songwriter, and composer. Their sound varies from electronic to synth pop, with definitive psychedelic undertones and haunting vocals. “Unraveling” is the first release you can hear from the band, and it doesn’t disappoint. They also recently released two other highly anticipated singles, “Cosmic Reaction” and “As Good As You.” We can’t wait to hear what they put out next! Check out all things PIERA on the website at www.PIERAmusic.net Stay up to date on all of PIERA’s new releases here!

  9. Em, the emerging alternative pop artist from New Jersey, has just released her new single, “Say What You Mean,” which can be compared to the likes of popstar Camila Cabello. The track is now available on streaming services Spotify and Apple Music, and is accompanied by a visually appealing music video. Watch the “Say What You Mean” Music Video Here on YouTube! The new single from the singer/songwriter dives deep into her personal relationships and what makes them last. “Say What You Mean” focuses on the idea of honesty and how important it is in any relationship. She is essentially sending her partner an ultimatum here – if they can’t be honest, it won’t work. It shows a vulnerable and raw side to the artist. The video directed by Parris Mayhew expands on this even more, with beautiful visuals and an even more beautiful message, a woman finding herself. Listen and Save “Say What You Mean” to your Spotify Playlists Here! Em has often said she draws on inspiration from iconic female artists like Stevie Nicks, Carly Simon, and Alanis Morrissette as well as legendary male artists Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, and Billy Joel…and it undoubtedly can be heard in her work. Listen and Save “Say What You Mean” to your Apple Music Playlists Here! The singer says “Say What You Mean” is about ‘wanting someone to love me with every fiber of their being…to be as sure of our love as I am.’ She is a hopeless romantic and aims to get that across in her music. Listen to the song now, you won’t regret it. To learn more about Em, make sure to follow her social media pages and check her website for updates! 10. So I really like to experiment with the music that I make, especially in the sense of straying away from the run-of-the-mill 3-chord songs. Big influences: Frank Zappa, Jimi Hendrix 19 years old Hope y'all dig my stuff, check my profile.
  11. Here's a song I just finished! Wanted to see what you think It's called Tension It's about a psychopath girl that no one can resist. Hope you enjoy!
  12. Hello everyone! I would like to introduce myself. I am a songwriter, originally from California, but living in Iowa (USA) now for many years. I am a music lover, for sure, and for that reason writing songs seemed a natural extension of my interests. I am not much of a musician/performer. I play around on the piano and can write a score on the computer that is adequate for an arranger to get the drift of what I am trying to convey. I grew up in a musical family, with both grandmothers piano teachers, and one of them also a cellist. So classical music is in my DNA, as well as jazz, and retro rock (70s and earlier). I am a latecomer to country music, although I appreciate the mature emotional depth that country can unleash. I have also been a fan of serious sacred music and some popular music over the decades, especially musical theater. I started writing songs to put in a series of full-length musicals that I wrote, set in different decades in the late 20th and early 21st centuries. This gave me license to write songs in a variety of genres, for a variety of voices, duets, and ensembles. Many of those songs are stand-alone songs that I have since had recorded. I do not do my own recordings, but instead send my music to a studio in Nashville for arranging, performance, and recording. If you would like to listen to some of my music, here are links to my first two albums containing a variety of genres: pop, country, folk, blues, rock, and jazz.
  13. Hey there! So, this is my second single and it's called Break That Spell. It talks about the decision of letting bad things go away and focusing your mind on what's good for you. I started it when I was in a very bad moment during a romantic relationship and also with personal stuff I was dealing with and as I kept on writting this song, I confronted all of these issues I needed to solve and so, by the end of the whole process of this song, I had also made that process in real life which was pretty cool. Anyway, hope you like it! https://open.spotify.com/track/7yhGfSGy08eMi0BD4IwiN2?si=PXYSQWRDTFmjJzeEabIlBg LYRICS(Time to break that spell)Break that spellIt’s right behind meRunning through my brainI feel it all around meEyes going downAs I’m looking at the crowdYou are insideAnd I’m walking down the roadWalking, talkingFixing what's brokenI can’t be sure about the stuffThat I’ve been locked inPo-pping, stoppingDon’t know what i’m droppingI don’t know where to startBut i want to make it okaySee the shadows in my roomI can hear them whispering in my roofAh-lights out, game onGotta do it on my own‘Cause nobody else can see meWhen I’m walking down the roadWhy don’t we take a minuteRight nowThe lightning bolt it’s taking meDown-townI fall in love with everything so fastYou can take meYou can shake me‘Cause I’ve walked aroundMiles and miles awayBeen rolling in the sandTo put it all awayI wanna feel the sunYou are the magic in my armsSo by now, let’s put it behind meI walk aroundI walk aroundI walk aroundI walk aroundBreak that spellIt’s right behind meRun inside my veinsI feel it all around meEyes going downAnd I start to realizeYou can’t be foundSo I’m walking down the roadYeahThe roadYeah yeah yeah yeahDown the road(Why?)Why don’t we take a minuteRight nowThe lightning bolt it’s taking meDown-townI fall in love with everything so fastYou can take meYou can shake me‘Cause i’ve walked aroundMiles and miles awayBeen rolling in the sandTo put it all away(All the way)I wanna feel the sunYou are the magic in my armsSo by now, let’s put it behind meI walk around (a-around)I walk around (yeah)I walk aroundAroundAround around around around aroundFeel the sun, yeah yeahI gotta break that-that spell, baby

  16. Hello gang, I know most people cover this song with a Guitar (for a good reason), but here's my attempt to make it work for a solo keyboard/piano. I hope I was able to capture the mood and character of the song properly.

  18. Howdy fellow songwriters!! Let's face it.. some of us are good with words, some are good with melodies/ arranging, &/ or generating memorable beats, and some have amazing vocal talent. As for "Dem der fancy words" I used in the tags, this is what I meant; though my own definitions might differ quite a bit from good ol' Mr. Webster (the guy who wrote one of the most famous dictionaries). Synergy: Not everyone is good at everything. The classical definition of synergy basically means that "The sum of the worth or value of the parts exceeds that of the whole." While I can create a half decent simple melody I suck at choosing the right "colorful" chords and counter-melodies necessary to produce great music. Likewise, my "skills" as a percussionist are laughable. Next.. Serendipity: Call it good fortune, luck.. whatever. Sometimes things work out to our advantage .. just because! And we don't even know why.. If we consider the odds of having more "good fortune" or even the possibility or probability of "having good stuff fall in our laps".. the chances of having this happen tend to increase when we work cooperatively on a project as a cooperative team or "think tank". Finally - synchronicity, or.. the way stuff fits together. Ever been working on a puzzle.. you've agonized where a piece goes for what seems like forever to you, just to have someone walk up and drop it EXACTLY where it needed to be?? Songwriting can be like that, whether you're composing or lyric authoring. Sometimes it's nice to have a 2nd (even a 3rd!) brain to create just the right lyric, beat, chord, hook, chord progression.. whatever. Besides, it's best to have a smaller piece of a BIG pie rather than a whole pie that is tiny, now isn't it? Let me know if you agree with this crazy, eclectic and creative olde pharte and want to give it a go on some projects with him. Looking forward to working with some of you amazing, great, imaginative, creative people - especially artists/ groups, composers, music producers and music arrangers. See y'all at the Grammies! <)8√D SWJ
  19. Tell me what do you think about this song))

    Stargate

This song was interesting for me, I typically write my songs in about a week, finish them up then go to the next one. Stargate took me about a year and a half to finish! I feel like this song has a lot of love in it, so I hope you feel it! Stargate shines light on the importance of feeling the love that is closest to you, and realizing how powerful it is. Hope you enjoy! Also I'm not sure this is the best section in the forum for this? So correct me if it's not please!
  22. So yeah this is about an unrequited love that you're always there for and pray one day they realize you're there as more than just a friend cause you are tired of seeing them continually broken.. When it's all said an done When they've all had their fun I'm the one who's left With all the pieces to pick up I put you back together Make you whole once more Give you back your confidence Still it's someone else you keep falling for... Chorus If you would take my hand Give our love a fighting chance Promise I'll treat you better than he can But you still look at me.... as just a friend Verse 2 When we go out together Are you even aware That everyone looks at us Like we're the perfect pair I make you laugh make you smile A shoulder when you need to cry Hate late nights going home all alone Hoping one day you'll realize We belong together should be you an I Bridge I wish you could see The one you're looking for is me I've been right here all the time Just waiting for my chance to shine
  23. Hi! I'm new to the game and just released a new song Let me know what you think!
