Sounds cool, like to listen to it. It's full of energy! One thing I had in mind was that the guitar riff between 0:12 and 0:14 came a bit too soon or too late, depending on when you want the next part to start. Hope that makes sense to you. Anyway, good work.

This reminds me a lot of Rush. Especially the intro riff, but the drums I think remind me the most of them. It's a great listen, would love to hear a finished project!

Yeah, I agree with you on that. A friend of mine actually said the same thing when I showed him. I think it needs to come later, so I'll probably get one or a few more chord changes before jumping into it.

Haha, yeah, funny enough the original intro riff sounded WAY too much like Rush, so I changed it. I guess it didn't do much if it still sounds like Rush, ey? Still, accomplishing a Rush sound without even being inspired by them is flattering. Thanks!

If you weren't inspired by them, and you came up with it on your own, keep it! lol (unless it's a downright copy of a melody).

Nothing wrong with being compared to someone. To me, that would be a great thing. Not sure, as I listen, if you've already changed it, but if you have, I can still hear "rush" in it. But that's not bad!
