Well recording effects uses sound designers, recording music is a hugely variable cost depending on whether it is synth based (single writer/producer) or requires an orchestra and whether you use unknowns or stars, similarly recording the voices requires audio engineers, editors and actors. Costs would vary depending on the stature of the actors involved.

 

It also depends on the length of the movie and the tech used to achieve any vocal synch between the actors and the animated characters.
