Hi Gang

This is a track I love. It uses some excellent technique, mixing tapping with picking and strumming, percussion and a nice almost pedal steel effect that I first saw Adrian Legg use a few years ago. Lots of stuff going on here:

I'd love to hear your thoughts on both Jon Gomm and the various techniques he uses. The fact that he holds them down while singing makes it all the more impressive. Good song too.

Ive seen a few others doing the percussion on the guitar and its so cool.

I believe Id have to have two more brains [that worked correctly] to keep up with all that goin on,but it does give many good ideas about how to incorporate different techniques into your playing.

But I think what amazes me the most is the detune and retune with every thing else going on and him hitting the pitches pretty much dead on as hes doing it.

Reckon he had to practice that once or twice ?
