Hello From Scotland

Hi All

 

I write lyrics but must admit a lot of them don't have a chorus or a middle eight so not sure how they are going to go down.  But I'll take on board any feedback which is the main reason I have signed up.

 

Being an aging bass player I am not great at putting the music to the lyrics but normally have a tune in my head when I write them.  Have collaborated  with one or two in years gone by but never got very far - musical differences as they say!

Hi TC and thanks for the welcome.  

 

Mostly just lyrics it must be said,  Don't have the facilities (or talent) for recording myself but a year or so back I did some songs with a guitarist I played in a band with years ago.  Home recordings and not very high quality so I would never post them - aslo I was singing and it is not one of my strong points

I'm in sunny Perth - at least it was sunny today but I see it is back to rain tomorrow.  Typical Scottish summer really!
