A New Composer Arrives!

Hello everyone! I'm Sami, and I'm a rookie composer looking to improve her craft. "Hobbyist" sums up my experience pretty well; I'm not great with the technical bits and bobs, but I'm willing to learn. Aside from instrumental pieces for practice, I'm writing vocal pieces with lyrics in Hymmnos, a conlang used in the Ar Tonelico series of games. (Translations will be provided upon posting, of course.) In terms of my influences, I tend to collect bits and pieces from whatever I'm listening to currently, but video game music is a big one. Yasunori Mitsuda (Xenogears, Chrono Trigger, so much more) and Yuzo Koshiro (Etrian Odyssey series) have produced some of my favorite tracks. Shoji Meguro (Persona/Shin Megami Tensei series) and Motoi Sakuraba (Tales of series, Golden Sun) are also up there.
