  1. Here's an indie musician's guide to songwriting by my band, Pitch Feather. We write, record, produce and promote our own music (and now, videos). We love to compose, arrange and produce songs, and thought we could share our method with the rest of you aspiring songwriters. Happy songwriting!

  3. Exciting news! I have been working on a music project along with some friends. Together we compose, record, produce and promote our own music all from our humble studio. We just released some of our original songs online, feel free to check them out at http://www.pitchfeather.com If you like what you hear, do like us on Facebook http://www.facebook.com/pitchfeather. Thank you! Pitch Feather - Something To Hide Pitch Feather - Crumble [media=] Hope you guys will enjoy the songs! Cheers, Alberta
  4. I really enjoyed the song! And i love the tone of your guitar! Your music reminds me of Peter, Paul and Mary!
  5. On top of the world

  6. My favs: Celine Dion - versatile, powerful Eric Martin (Mr. Big) - sexy tone Daniel Gildenlöw (Pain of Salvation) - great tone, very soulful, very intense Jon Bon Jovi (Bon Jovi) - need i say? incredible vocal range! Steve Perry (Journey) - ''
  7. There is no fixed procedure to song writing. As mentioned by many, it's only a matter of self preference. As for me, I like to see the bigger picture first before zooming into the little details. For a start, I'd jolt down any words and phrases (relating to the song's theme) that comes to my mind. Thereafter single out what might be useful and then further refine from there. I find that great ideas comes to me when I'm most relaxed. That's why i tend to compose songs mostly at night, just before bedtime.
