  1. About 1600$! If you ask me, that's a pretty good deal
  2. My first build update from Bill. Love the way he gets you into the building process. Here's a picture of the body to:
  3. Gibson Les Paul Custom Alpine White: Esp Eclipse C.F. Martin D-35 Fender Stratocaster Mexico Fender Telecaster Baja And the next one: A Canadian Breed T-class!!
  4. It's actually flamed anigre, from the tropical eastern region of Africa.
  5. I've craved after a custom guitar since I started playing in 2003. And finally, the dream is coming true. I talked to Bill at Canadian Breed, after watching his work for some time. He really let's his customers be a part of the process, videos on Youtube and updates with pictures when something's happening. This a good way to let the customer be a part of "his own project". My wish was a standard telecasterish guitar. Also called T-class. I'm not going into more details at this point, I want to let the pictures speak for it self If people want to, I will post picures and videoes continuously. This will be the body, made of alder:
  6. Well, if it hadn't been for some of my heartbroken affairs, none of my songs would been written. So to all the girls - thank you that be, both lyrics-wise and riff-wise.
  7. So, the songs is now finished structure-wise (check out the links in the first post). Now the fun part begins: the lyrics and the vocals. Thought I could say some words about the recording process so far. I'm recording all the stuff on my own, and of course playing all the instruments on my own. If anyone has interests of knowing what kind of equipment I'm using: Axe Fx Standard for all the clean parts and for the guitar solos. Fender Telecaster Baja Martin D-35 for the acoustic guitars A Yamaha keyboard Røde NT-2 condenser mic Focusrite Sapphire 6 USB into Cubase 5
  8. I may have put the thread in the wrong sub-forum. Shouln't this be in Songs, Songwriting and Music Production?
  9. Maybe of personal reasons I like this line :" Don't know why I'm still afraid If you weren't real I would make you up now" joseph arthur - honey and the moon
  10. Thank you so much David and Tom! And thank you for the song structure-tip! Working on lyrics and vocal melodies will make the bridge come faster to my mind, I just don't know it yet! And for the copywrite thing, I haven't really sacrificed it one thought actually.. So is there like an international law regarding copywrite, or is it a national law I should concern about? As far as I know, these 2 pieces of music is actually 2 songs - but they aren't finalized yet Thank you so much for the comments guys, love this forum!
  11. Hello. So this is my first thread over here. I'm a 21 years old guy from Norway who mainly plays guitar and pianos, and I'm like, trying to incorporate those instruments in songs. So this is how far I have come with my new sounds. As you can hear, the midi-drums sucks, and the songs isn't finished.
  12. Welcome to the forums Tomsti :)
