I finally feel like I've gotten some of my courage back and I'm being productive again. In the last 16 hours I've finished writing 3 songs, and made decent headway on 2, and made a demo. Now that I've gotten myself to finish writing again, I feel like ought to finish drafting some music too. I've got plenty of half produced songs to pick from, but maybe I should focus on getting my lyrics checked out first?
I think it would be fitting to start things off with a song about inspiration. I originally started it a year ago as some ending music for a project. This is the semi finished instrumental.
I finished writing the lyrics today and I wanted to post them for critiques, but I felt like people wouldn't get a good sense of the song from just the words so I made a demo. I'm not a vocalist so my audio quality leaves a lot to be desired, but it's just a one take demo.
