Hi, I'm wondering where I can find free software that allows you to create artifical drum sounds etc. I can play guitar, but until I can find a band, I'm left on my own demoing songs, and a lot of them sound very incomplete without some form of beat going on. Anyone?

Hi, This might seem quite strange, but I actually prefer listening to someone with really bratty vocals than an absolutely brilliant, hitting-all-the-notes perfect singer. If the music is good but the singer isn't brilliant, but he has a unique voice, does it matter? I am of course referring to my voice, I have no shame to admit. I'll openly admit that I can't hit every note, but I can hold a harmony, and I've been told I have a unique voice. So, essentially what I'm asking is what matters more? The voice or the music and lyrics?
