[Hello It's Me]

Hello my name is terry rush. I live in the mountains of virginia around roanoke. I started playing music literally in a garage band in a garage. we played mostly beatles, etc. during my vacation to southeast asia i was turned on to some heavier music, cream, hendrix, zeplin, etc. when i came home i got right back into the music of the times and played in bands all through college and beyond. got married thought i should grow up and quit for awhile. that was a mistake but some good songs came from the experience. i decided i would never play like hendrix or sound like clapton so i started writing my own songs. played in several bands until i decided to do only originals. it was harder to find gigs with only your own stuff to front. then i got to the recording process and to make a long story shorter. here i am. i use arealrush as my stage name.
