Hey I think I just be a little late making this post but whatever. I listen a tad of everything but for the most part, it's emo pop, hard rock, punk, and some light acoustic rock. I play guitar, violin, and I sing, but I don't have recording equipment. For the most part however I'm a lyricist, and I tend not to focus on the music part of a song.

For me I focus on the lyrics first. Making it all flow perfectly and getting just the right word each time. After that everything else tends to fall into place.
