I use a soft synth from a pc, with a 61 key controller. You can find a lot of soft synths out there, I'm sure more than one will blow you away, and give you all the sounds you need. Then all you need is keyboard that has midi...doesn't matter what kind, on ebay you can get away with spending less the $100 for one...good luck!

My first time here, looks like a cool forum. I live in Minnesota, and spend some time(not enough though) writing music. I don't crank out a lot of tunes, just work on stuff until something comes together, that I like. Hope I can add constructively to the forum, and look forward to meeting some great folks on here. Mark
