New Guy In Glasgow

Hello All,

Just thought I'd say hello.

I have been playing the guitar for a long time and have dabbled in a few other instruments.

I recently started writing my own stuff (using the band name Dust Sculptures) , and probably have about 9 or 10 songs pretty much done, with a few demos up on myspace.

I'm planning on putting a band together but want to keep control of the music and the direction so I'm probably going to wait until i have recorded demo's of all the songs before i start recruiting.

Anyway, hello to you all,

Take it easy.

Chris

Not quite a weegie. Actually, I'm Ayrshire born and bred, but uni, work and wife have moved and confined me to Glasgow.

I'll update my sig and post on the other forum.

Please let me know what you think of the myspace demos, if you have time.

Chris

Hey Chris

We're having a meetup of Songstuff members in Glasgow in August (Posts pinned in Site Stuff board) you might be interested in attending. It is free :)

Best way to get reviews is to post to the appropriate review board - lyrc writing, songwriting, or production. As complete demos I'd suggest the production board. You are expected to review the demo's of 3 others per song you post for review, and only 1 song per topic. We have found this a fair way to support the review process and means that each song for review should at least get some reviews. This also helps keep reviews in one area of the forum.

Cheers

John
