My Favorite Song

I wrote this song in 2013 for my first EP, and even posted a "full-band" version of it in the critique section last year…it sounded pretty awful. I always considered this as a "throw-away" tune, so I never went back and recorded it. I started playing this song live for the past year and it slowly turned into my favorite song to play. A few days ago, I just sat down and recorded it as a simple acoustic version. This is how it turned out. Hope you enjoy it.

I remember this tune.  Liked it then and love it now  Throw away tune?  Man I wish I had written a song 1/4 as good as your throw away songs.  I agree with Mahesh.  Beautiful.

 

Sorry about the tide btw.  My son is graduating FSU this year.  He is still sobbing over the Noles loss.  I am a Penn Stater, so I can't stand Ohio State.  Was rooting for Bama.  I wanted an Tide/Noles finish.  No such luck.
