Hi From Argentina

Hello there! My name is Helmut and I'm new to the forum. I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina, male, 31 years old and quite new to songwriting, so I have much to learn and many questions to make about the subject.

 

I play harmonica decently -I think-, and I also play guitar (both electric and acoustic), bass, keyboards and latin percussion (congas, bongos, etc...), not very well but sometimes it's enough. I've been in bands but not any longer. For the time being I have like 10 or 12 songs written and 3 of them recorded.

 

My musical tastes are very wide, but I tend to focus more in pop (more the classic concept of pop, not the modern synth pop) and rock in most of it's varieties. I'm a bit of an organic music freak, not very friend of computer or synthetizer made sounds, with very few exceptions.

 

I'm also interested in finding instrumentists/ singers / lyricists wanting to collaborate on my songs/recordings, and I could return the favour too. I don't know if you guys do that here.

 

OK, I think that's all about me. Let's see how the conversation develops.
