Better Off Being Gone

I wrote this to try and emulate one of my favourite songs performed by George Strait, "Baby's Gotten Good At Goodbye". While the finished product doesn't flow or fit to the original song the original lyrics were written to the tune. I can't same I'm particularly happy with the vocal performance; that's what happens when you hire an Englishman to sing a Country song, I guess. He is awesome in another song I'll post another time. While I consider this done and dusted, any feedback on anything other than the performance would be appreciated.

maybe you should have got a Scotsman to sing it HA HA  it sounded ok just lacked any emotion > as if a robot was singing just my opinion

Exactly... at least a Scot would have shown emotion, whether he hated it or loved it!  Thanks for taking the time to listen.
