What I like about this is the juxtaposition of the kids on a beach and the sad-like music. Usually when you think of kids on the beach you think of laughing, screaming and playing around. Even a scene like the one you use would appear to be more full of fun. Then, as a parent, the music takes it to a whole different level. I've experienced this kind of feeling before when making our summer vacation videos through all the years. There comes a point with kids where you "reach the peak" so to speak. The time when you start to really realize that this great thing you have going on with your family and kids, simply won't last forever as much as you'd like it to. Then the mixed emotions start to come in to where events like this, while highly enjoyable of course, take on a sad kind of spin because you know one day it will end and they'll be off on their own. It can kind of tear a person apart. It reminds me also of an event that happened a couple of years ago a couple days after Christmas. When the kids were born and Christmas came I once again felt that awesome feeling of Christmas. This particular year I was walking through a store thinking about how great the Christmas season was when it hit me ... there will only be 4 more of these before the oldest is off to college. While he'll still come home for Christmas for more years to come, things will have changed. The golden days of raising the kids will be over.

So, not sure what you were going for but that's what I got out of it! :)
