Nice work to both of you. With this and the last one I listened to there was something about it I couldn't put my finger on. I finally figured out that during certain parts of the song vocally and musically, they both have a nice touch of Howard Jones in there. Not saying that in any kind of negative way, just a touch hear, a sound there. Good stuff.

Hi Randy,

And thanks a lot. I don't know a lot about Howard Jones, though I did Google and find 2 of them, one a Brit and the other a Yank. Simon and his brother had a techno band doing tours over there for a while, playing techno. So there could definitely be some influence there. Now I'm going to have to go back and listen to some of Howard's stuff to see if I hear it too. Thanks again.

Thanks Again, I can see/hear it a bit. That's a fun song. After the mid 70's, I went back to my roots of country and Christian music, and away from most of the others, unless I heard someone on the radio I really liked. So I have lots of gaps in my musical background.

Thanks for the listen and the positive comments. Glad you like it. So far we have done 2 together and i am very happy with both. Simon really brings life to my meanderings.
