Well, "this is about as good as it gets."  The lyric is great, your playing is great, and the song develops very nicely in intensity through things like adding a hand-percussion part.  This song deserves and should get a lot of commercial airplay.  I encourage you to – after carefully registering your copyright for this and/or a collection of your songs – "pitch" this song commercially.  There is money to be made here.

One website in particular that you might now check out is taxi.com.  They strive to be "an online A&R."  (They look quite interesting and have a very active forum, although I do not myself use them.)
