Just get a m-audio radium 49. Only cost me £100 and although a little plasticy the controllerrs are excellent if your working with cubase.

If, like me, you already have a soundcard and want the best keyboard you can get for under $300 - I can reccommend the M-Audio keystation 88es

I use it with Cubase.
