Cars Will Rust

This is a song I wrote as part of a southern themed folk/old-time album about 20 years ago. My wife likes it because it's one of the few love songs I've ever written, but I think of it as more of a weather forecast ☔ set to music. Your thoughts about the song and production are most welcome. Hope y'all enjoy it.

THOUGH THE CLOUDS KEEP  ROLLIN’ IN

'Crackle' is nice touch to indicate the style is 'dated' but (IMO) should be faded out quickly and not re-used (it is just noise and could be annoying to the audiophile).

They certainly will.....the sound quality is ace here. I hear a lot of other songs in this one, though can't quite put my finger on any specifics. That's what makes it so good. Your voice is terrific. Great effort, cheers.
