  1. Very cool dude it sounds great. I keep telling myself that I'm going to learn how to play guitar, but I'm flat broke so I can't buy one....I'll learn someday though....someday. Anyways, have an awesome day!

  2. As an aspiring music producer, I use Audacity and Linnux Multimedia Studio. I know, the first of the two is pretty controversial, but to each his own I guess. Using these two software programs in tandem really help expand my sound a lot...and it gives me a bundle of options to choose from. My production style and approach is a little unorthodox, and as a result my music comes out that way. At the end of the day, I just try to make music that reflects who I am as a person, and I feel that right now(considering that I'm flat broke) these two free and legally intended to be free programs help me achieve that purpose.

  3. Audacity is the BOMB! Now...I'll admit....I probably should have prefaced that statement by saying that for pure recording purposes....it's absolutely horrible, but for editing, mixing, producing, and all that other jazz. It's nothing short of amazing. There's a reason why professionals use it. As an aspiring music producer, I usually don't have to worry to much about recording anyways....I can just take a sound from a software like LMMS an edit it to my liking. Overall, if you want to clean up your sound AFTER you're done with the first recording....I don't know many other programs that are better than Audacity(for free anyways). That's just my opinion though.

  4. Well, I guess it depends on what type of music you're trying to do, and what you WANT your voice to convey. There are a plethora of different ways to sing, and the thought that there's only ONE way to do it or that everyone will like what you do is ludicrous. I don't claim to be a singer myself, but I do understand that certain voices work better with certain genres and others don't. Some people hate how Thom Yorke sings, but for me personally I love it. Just...do what sounds right and feels right...and of course...practice.

  5. Yes! This is freakin' great! Nice beat with a mellow vibe, very nice flow. By the way, the mixing was done very well also...that's not always the case with soundcloud rappers. Nice job. (Talkin' about the song "The Change").
