I write the lyrics and melody and I compose the music in garage band using loops.

Not often an occasional collaboration every now and then

Garage band on an old mac laptop with a cheap condenser mic

 

Do you use a recording studio? No

 

Do you have music available on the web? if so where? Nothing for sale. this is a hobby for me. But I do post to Youtube and Soundcloud

 

5. What other roles do you perform in the music business? None

 

6. Are you a tech head? No

 

7. What country do you live in? United States of America

 

8. What are your ambitions?

As far as music goes I just want to get better at song writing. I have no aspirations of becoming a star or even a semi professional musician. I just don't like the spot light it is hard enough for me to put my work out on the internet.

 

9. Do you draw/paint/write stories/computer art/dance or other creative pursuit?

I have been a bit of an artist my whole life. my favorite medium/style is pen and ink stippling. Here's a sample

 

What are your pastimes?
Other than writing songs and artwork, Geez... How much time do you have on your hands. well I guess I have more than a I used because I also enjoy gardening, woodwork, occasionally hiking and board gaming that is when I am not watching TV with my lovely bride or working.

 

10. What would you like to get out of Songstuff?

I just want to get better at my craft.
