Cheer up be happy for very soon

Spring will alight like a coloured balloon

and dance on your heart to a gay little tune

to wipe away sadness and sorrow

Then gone the tear filled Winter will be

your soul will be joyous just wait and see

like a beautiful butterfly happy and free

with no cares and no fears for the morrow

So take these words tuck them safely away

to read now and then when skies turn to Grey

and friend, I am hoping in some little way

they might hold a few smiles you can borrow.
