A Heart Felt Letter - Work In Progress

Hey there, so about two days ago I thought of writing a letter of encouragement using only positive words. I'm directing it toward a general audience and I do plan to read this over music so it does have a little rhythmic element to it, but Im not strict on the number of words and syllable count. Trying to keep the focus on the message as much as possible.

 

I don't have a lot of experience with writing so I'm kind of winging it as I go. I will post what I have so far, below. Nothing is set in stone and I continue to revisit and rewrite, so if you have any suggestions, Im all ears! Let me know if you think it's heading in the right direction or not? Maybe some tips or articles you know of that I could read and apply to my own writing?

The way I would describe you, is beautiful

Gather yourself around good thoughts, feel its warmth, let it inspire

You, your family, your friends, your community
