Can Anyone Help Identify This Guitar?!?

I recently bought a guitar from a guy. It has no names or logos on it anywhere...All I know about it is that it was made in korea, has a gorilla face on the headstock, and the Serial Number is E711122.

I would like to know any information anyone can give me about this guitar. It seems like a good guitar and plays well, but I'd still like to know WHAT I'm playing, you know?

Hmm it looks like it has an Ibanez headstock, might just be a small company produced guitar OR someone has customised it for example but an Ibanez neck and head with a fender body and painted it.

I didn't even think it could be a mutt, but you're right. It very well might be.

Looks like a strange mix of things indeed. Bit of early Jacksons, bit of Kramer Striker. Could well be a local copy, or a mutt. This did give me a splendid idea for a new website BTW - thanks.

It could be anything! But if it plays well and sounds OK, what does it matter what it is? Try removing the neck. Some manufacturers put a serial number or trademark on the body under the neck joint. How old would you estimate it? Could be an old Antoria or something like that! Looks like an Ibanez.

Heh, I thought ibanez as soon as I looked at it, except for the body, so I suspect a mutt or copy too
