    Hello all. I just recently started a job where I'll be needing to hire musicians for various animated shorts, and figured I should know a thing or two about it and joining this forum couldn't hurt. I'm coming more from the animation world, so the business side of music and working with musicians is a fun scary new thing to me. I'm sure after a few hundred mistakes, I'll figure it out.
