Finally joined John's fantastic site. John and I went to Uni together at Glasgow... hoping to use this site (the only site I intend to use) to nourish my growing hobby of making music. Especially keen to get feedback on some songs and lyrics of my songs. Happy to contribute in a similar way.

My music is going in two directions: accoustic bloues / folk (similar in style to Piers Faccini) and electronica / electric blues experimental / pop hard-to-define (called the project NYDO - see soundcloud).

Also keen to host music making workshops at my home / retreat centre Gardoussel in France...

Thanks John. I wont be signing up to any other site so hope to get my teeth into the community this winter. Still busy at work with the retreat, but things should quite down in a month or so... Cheers. Alex.
