Well, My First Post...

Hey! I was writing lyrics back in high school, now i'm on my 3rd year of college and I want to get back to it. The reason being I have played in many bands as a guitarist and a bassist, even a back vocalist once, but I have always wanted to try doing something of my own. I have easy time coming up with riffs and melodies(sorry for bragging) but I'm pretty bad when creating lyrics is involved, even though I am into writing sometimes. I feel like this community will help me to be more confident in what I put out. Other than that, I'm also a kinda techie guy, I used to collect electric guitars, used to have 7 but now i'm down to one. I have quit my job yesterday, so I guess it means no new toys for me any time soon. What else, I like a lot of kinds of music, and I wont mind listening to anything as long as it sounds good...I dont even know what else to say haha, anyways, it is nice to be on this forum and hopefully I will get something going musically soon.
