Hey, I Like Songwriting Too!

Hey everyone! As you might just be able to tell from the title, I kinda like to write songs. Not that I'm good at it or anything, but hey, I still love it! The type of music I write is usually using guitar chords and my voice, and are often contem. Christian based -- God has a big impact on everything I write. I have written 4 1/6 songs or so, with only 2 that I truely love. Usually I can get a lyric idea and a tune, but after one little piece I have some trouble getting the rest of the song to build up into a song that is more than 30 seconds long... given a melody I am pretty good at writing lyrics, and given lyrics I can come up with a tune, but both together seem to escape me most times. I would love some feed back on some of my songs, and I can't wait to see what everyone else has written! Bye!
