Still Here (A Sonnet)

Hey guys.. So I posted a sonnet a while back called "Gift or a Curse".... but from one guys comment the last 2 lines kinda didn't fit the song. After a long time of consideration I agreed with him, changed it, and now am much more pleased with it. Hope you guys like it... kinda war/veteran tribute I guess....

I see that you are very talented for poetry... there are a lot of great lines.

"Still those faces haunt; those faces of fear!

Long gone they are and yet I am still here."- it's a very good ending!

I'm glad you like the ending! When writing a sonnet the last two lines are the most important cause it ties it all together.
