Do These Songs Sound Too Much Alike?

My band is in the demo process of recording an album. We play garage punk rock, and we got about half the songs down so far. I got two songs here that I love, and that I am really proud of... but I don't know if they are too similar to put on an album together. It may just be my OCD kicking in, but I figured it would help to hear the opinions of other people. What do you think? (Also don't be afraid to give an opinion on how they sound too)

Thanks Tom! I suppose it comes from the two songs having similar riffs. I'm probably just thinking way too hard into it; I just wanted to hear the opinions from a few people to see if it was just me!
