Hi, From My Band And Myself

Hi everyone! My name is Jess, and this is an account that my band will be using on this website to help and be helped by all the members here! I am the vocalist, one of the guitarists and pianists as well as the lyricist for my band South of Summer. We mostly do covers, but we've recently starting writing our own material. I write on my own, but the band writes as a whole for most songs, meaning that I write solo music as well. SOS is still finding it's genre, but our covers have been mostly punk/classic rock.

 

I won't keep this introduction too much longer as I don't know what else to say, and most other things I would say would probably just be me rambling off as I do a lot. Anyways, thanks for having us in this community!

Thanks for the warm welcomes everyone! I might not have been clear with the way I worded it in that post, but the band name is South of Summer, or SOS for short. There are four members including myself. Other members are Ben, Matt, and Phil. We all play guitar, bass, piano, and drums and we also take turns on the mic. Are regular lineup has myself on rhythm guitar and lead vocals, Ben on bass, Matt on lead guitar and backup vocals and Phil on drums.
