Sitting here all alone
After the lights went out
My heart is racing
And I am pacing
All I want to do is shout

 

But there’s no one around to hear me
The silence is all too real
I’m locked in
Where do I begin
To act just like I feel

(Br)

Tell me that’s its all a dream
This nightmare will not go away
Will I wake up if I can scream
Though terror keeps my voice at bay

(Ch)

I hate to feel this way
My bodys shaking bad
This is the worst feeling
That I've ever had
No one here to help me
I don’t know who’s outside
If I wasn’t so paranoid
I’d try to run and hide

Suddenly I hear a noise
Can’t quite tell where it’s from
I am tingling
Then can’t feel a thing
Before my whole body becomes numb

 

I’m soon sensing voices
As they caress me in the wind
I’m so petrified
Not just tongue tied
Is this because I’ve sinned

My mind can't comprehend
And then I hear a rattle
My heart just stopped
My hearing popped

Will this be my final battle?

 

My door suddenly is opened
The light comes on real quick
There stand my friends
Fun never ends
When they play a trick

 

A huge sigh of relief

i'm so glad i'm fine

i'm mad as hell

but i won't dwell

or they'll do worse to me next time
