My name is Max from Phoenix, Arizona and i am super excited to get involved in your community!

Ive played guitar (Self taught) since i was 11 (Im 24 now) and despite all that time i consider myself fantasticly average and i'm very satisfied with that. Lately ive been expanding my horizons and have dabbled in Piano, Harmonica, Electronic junk (On my macbook), and singing etc.. And what id really like is to become a singer/songwriter that can produce songs for me and my friends that i can be proud of. I dont need any gold records! Im not in a band any longer but was when i was in high school. Ive played Guitar, Piano, and bass for various projects. Im a total noob at songwriting on the vocal, lyrical, and melodical front, but i can write one hell of an acoustic part! I record covers and original riffs on my macbook pro, just using the pre-installed garageband software. Its cheap but it gets the job done! My favorite bands over the course of the last 5-10 years would be: The Dear Hunter, Good Old War, Fleet Foxes, Bon Iver, Brand New, Right Away Great Captain, Manchester orchestra, among others. Im excited to be here and would be very open to meeting other musicians in the Arizona area and otherwise!  I hope to hear from you all soon and thanks for having me! -Max
