A plug in was sold by Waves called the "Scheps 73 " which I bought about 5 or so years ago. It was a very good "up front" plug in to give mixes that old school console treatment. Either on the master channel or on individual channels. It has M/S settings in addition to a great EQ and that old console vibe.

 

This new plug in from Waves Called the Scheps Omni Channel is much deeper. It's like having multiple plug in all in one. This one is well worth checking out and more capable than the Scheps 73.

It does have a learning curve.Well worth the time to learn.
