at least shut up for an hour a day

so stop muttering, slow down

and try keeping your head still

Great.

Reminded me of the old story of the guy who went to the wailing wall everyday of the forty+ years since he'd settled there and prayed for peace to break out across the land. A nameless US TV journalist heard about him and opted for a quick puff-piece on camera with that hoary old popular excuse for a journalistic question.

"You've been praying for peace every day for over forty years while hatred and carnage continue," she started, ".... Tell me - how does that feel?"

"Like I've been talking to a f*cking wall."
