Concerns about PRO registration

If I register my songs with a PRO will Twitch streamers need to get a license to play my music while streaming even if I've personally already given them permission to do?

Well, there are several different PROs out there – in various countries – and I'm not familiar with "Twitch."  But I would suggest that you probably should direct your question to the specific PRO(s) that you are interested in.

 

Generally speaking, when you sign with a PRO, you don't (actually, can't ...) " 'personally' give them permission."  The PRO handles the licensing for you, and you don't make exceptions to their rules.
