Recording song into Canon 5D

Hi guys

I'm in a singer songwriter duo and we usually rehearse with 2 mics and a guiter into an amp.

I want to record videos of us playing the songs, but with great quality by plugging into camera

(rather than using the camera's mic and recording the room, which sounds crappy).

So, whats the best way to do this - without spending much money??
