Music maneger

Hi ! 

Im doing a business research for my college project. I’m comparing individual music manager and music manager who is working for a music management company’s.

I know that the average individual manager in my Country is working for commission (around 10-15 %) and usually they are working not more than 2 artist . 

So Im wondering whats the job specific in a large company. Are they are still geting percentage salarys or they are on fixed rates ? Do they work with multiple artists / bands ?
