New to the site. Looking for friends and critiques

Hi all, my name is Levi. Ive been using FL studio for several years and have really only practiced and made music by self teaching. I played drums in a metal band in high school for 5 years or so c. 2006 and have transferred that into my love for music production. The ultimate goal would be to release some music on streaming platforms and build a little bit of a fan base, but I suppose you have to start small and you have to get good first which I have been working on as a hobby for quite some time now.

 

So yeah, I am here to meet like minded people and get some critiques and criticisms on my music I have worked on up to this point as an individual producer, and hey if you like it, nice comments would be great as well.

Welcome to Songstuff!! Great to have you join in with us! Good to get started thinking about a fanbase. Takes some effort and time to set up your presence for a first release.  Lots of great folks around to help with critiquing and marketing.

Is metal still your main genre?

I like mostly all genres of music but yes, i still like metal and has a big influence on what I make in fl studio
