The tempo slows down and the sound shimmers

Recommended Posts

Hello.

I`m from Sweden so I hope that you understand my english :-)

I installed a little better audio programs but now I get
problems with the sound when I add about 6-7 tracks in Fruit Loop..
The tempo is slowing down and I hear crunching from the speakers.
Is there any settings that I can change or is my computer to old?

AMD PHENOM II 955 X4

NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1050 TI

BEHRINGER U-PHORIA UM2 (Ext soundcard)

12 GB RAM

Windows shows 7,3 in performance.

Best regards from SWEDEN and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

Strange – I am not familiar with this program but I do not understand why any such program, even when overloaded, would "slow down."

I do not know what you mean by "Windows shows 7,3 in performance."  What tool is providing that number?

Your computer seems to me to be powerful enough to do the job.

I use the plugin PIGMENTS and plugins from ROLAND for example.

When I use freeware there is nothing wrong, but when I load more "heavy" plugins the problem starts again ,-(

The tool is Windows own tool.
