Hi Steve. Congrats on starting the journey. What editing tools and source sites are you using?

The music invoked a mood that matched the misty forest at the start.  What was the narrative in your mind regarding the city, flowers and sand? Different combinations could imply different stories.  Were the credits being in the middle of the video a deconstructionist statement?

l look forward to more.

I bought a subscription to Bring Your Own Laptop and have been taking the Adobe Premier course.

Video tool was Premier. Audio was Reaper and Wavelab.

I don't remember the footage site, it was a free gateway into iStock, with a handful of free vids (with attribution) to download. I'll probably subscribe to the Adobe stock site at some point. Just wanted to try my hand using free resources first.

Not sure what you mean by credits in the middle. I just used a dissolve transition into black and coupled it with the credits. It's still at the end.

As far as story goes, I just tried to pick footage that suited the mood of the music. Was trying to go for a kind of Koyaanisqatsi-type vibe, I guess.
