Annotating PDFs stored on a Tablet during practice/rehearsal

Recommended Posts

Can I ask if anyone on here has experience of using a tablet (I use a Microsoft Surface Pro) with a pen to mark up their scores as they practice and/or rehearse?

Like many musicians I use a tablet in preference to folders containing printed scores. And while the portability is a great help - together with the quick and easy searching and retrieval - making a note of things learnt or changed during practice and rehearsals is impossible.

I know there are software products designed to tackle this problem and I was hoping to share people's experiences with them before committing to one or the other.

Any help or advice much appreciated.
