Runaway train

going nowhere in the pouring rain

nothing to win and nothing to gain

thundering down the gravy train

red lights and green look the same

my eyes cannot see through this rain

head is heavy with a heart full of pain

the stations are as empty as can be

and nobody is there too  greet me

because I’m running wild and free

runaway train on a old track

the new way can stay at the back

because I’m going forward and that’s a fact

runaway train the bridge is in sight

with black smoke blowing in the night

going to turn left when I should turn right

hmmmm still good dont get me wrong but not one of your best....the thing that stands out is how the first two stanzas all rhyme....it seems too much of the same sound but thats just me....maybe you could switch the 2nd and 3rd stanza to break up the sound....but do whatever you feel is right luv ya hun
