hello everyone my name is sam i play mainly the piano but im looking to actually record myself and some friends seperately and then layer in a programe. i need a free solution to do this with. my recording area will be my room. it is pretty small. the equiptment i have is a microphone(will have a look at it to see what kind) a computer and a piano. i would like quality in the recording and i want to be able to recored each part. so can help me with 1. finding good software to use. i would like to be able to add effects if needed and a simple to use programe.(free please) 2. tips for seting up the mics and computer i am just starting out with recording so any information i may need to know or any thing you think im missing please tell me if possible i would like to be starting my recording as soon as i can thank you very much sam
