Hey all! I'm new to this site, and I joined because I need some help. I'm wanting to play more performances, but coming up with a set list is my least favorite part. Anybody want to give me some ideas? I'm an 19 year old performer, play an acoustic guitar at my gigs (sometimes a cajon and/or keys but that's not a regular thing). I write some originals, and I play those, but covers are my hang up. I want classic songs that people never get tired of hearing. Or new hits that people are raving about. Really, I just don't want people to go "ew she's playing that song?" For the majority of my songs. So, help me out please? Just list your favorite cover songs to play at events, or songs that would work for a young 19 year old female voice (been compared to Colbie Caillat, Marie Miller, female vocalist from civil Wars)
